CHAIRMAN

AIMCO has been promoted by Mr. Pradeep P Dave. He is a graduate in Chemistry and has more than three decades of experience in the pesticides Industry. He is on the technical committee and governing body of the Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology, established by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers under United Nations Industrial Development Organisation [UNIDO]. He is also the President of the Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India (PMFAI) from last TEN years, which is the largest Indian Pesticides Manufacturer's & Formulator's association, representing more than 350 companies from all over the India. He is also the member on the governing body of CHEMTECH foundation. Mr. Pradeep P Dave, as President of PMFAI, was instrumental in holding the first ever Asia Pacific Crop Protection Conference in February 1997, in India, which was a grand success and attracted participants and speakers from all over the world. He was also instrumental in the development of indigenous technologies for various pesticide formulations, which were controlled by multi-national companies.

Mrs. Srivastava has a Masters degree in MicroBiology & in-charge of Marketing & Production. She has travelled extensively all around the world & has in depth knowledge of the Indian & International Pesticide's market.

Dr. Dave is a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Bombay University, under the guidance of Padmashree Dr. A. V. Ramarao. He is incharge of the Aimco's R & D Department, which is approved by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

Mr. Ashit Dave is a commerce graduate with a degree in Management Education Programme from IIM - Ahemdabad. He is in-charge of the Finance, MIS, Legal department of Aimco. He is also a co-ordinater for formulation & technical sales planning.
